Our History
Bay Green Condominium Complex was built in 1974. There are (3) buildings, containing (12) units with a total of (36) units.
The community building contains a heated pool, game room and kitchen. The Complex is located in historic Dennis Village within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

ATTENTION ATTENTION
DRIVEWAY REPAVING
The board was just informed that MDH Asphalt Paving will begin repaving the Bay Green driveway
tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12. The work will begin in the afternoon and should be finished
Thursday morning.
The weather has delayed the start, but this week offers two days or so to get the repaving done. If you
are expecting visitors, please inform them, and also please be aware the traffic pattern will be disrupted
while work is performed. Please be considerate.
